Homelessness Prevention
The pathways into homelessness are complex.
Together with our community partners, we are addressing significant challenges facing our community. Through prevention, emergency response, housing and supports, we provide outreach in remote areas, provide advocacy and referrals to community services and work with individuals and families to secure safe, affordable and sustainable housing that meets their needs.

The Need
Housing precarity, marginalization, health challenges, and social exclusion - the effects of homelessness takes on many forms. We cannot end homelessness without stopping the flow into homelessness - this means focusing on prevention.
